Leek Cemetery has been in use since the 1850s and is still being used today. Dobie Road bisects the cemetery, with the oldest graves located on the west side of the road. The east side is much larger and has a large area for future use. It is well maintained, and has no signs of vandalism

The oldest part of the cemetery is closest to Miller Road, and there are quite a number of gravestones that were unreadable due to weathering and/or breakage.
