Microfilming Projects 2002-2008
Under the devoted direction of charter members John and Lynn Castle,
twenty four filming projects were produced by the Ingham County
Genealogical Society of Mason, Michigan, excluding small town
These original source documents were loaned to the society by Ingham
County townships, cities and villages and placed onto archival quality
microfilm. The microfilms can be viewed at the Ingham County
Genealogical Society library or the Library of Michigan.
The total project involved microfilming over 245,000 pages of
documents that are now available for genealogical research.The film can be viewed in the society research room in Mason, and at
the Library of Michigan in Lansing. Database searches can be performed
